Master Your Minutes
Who: Teens ages 14-17
When: Mondays at 5:30pm, Beginning March 31
Where: Virtual (Zoom)

Themes for the group include:
Learn to beat stress: practical techniques to manage stress effectively.
Boost productivity: Discover tools to balance school, social life, and personal goals.
Build confidence: Develop skills to take control of time and feel empowered.
High school can be a challenging time for teens where they feel they are alone in some of their experiences. This group will focus on specific themes as well as common challenges of group member. The goal is to create a space where each member feels supported and to learn skills to navigate high school. The group will include activities as well as discussions.

Pre-K Group
Who: Ages 3-4

Social Skills Group
Who: Kindergarten - 2nd grade.
Children on the Autism spectrum are welcome!

Cost: $45 per week
Themes for the group include:
Making friends
Communication: listening skills, social filter and more
Teamwork: Communication, compromise and cooperation
Emotion identification: expressing feelings and emotions
Emotion regulation: Coping skills
The purpose of this group is to encourage participants to learn and utilize social skills to help them in their everyday life at home, school and social settings. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice key social skills in real time with their peers as the group leader facilitates skill promoting activities.
Each session will include a check in or icebreaker activity, an interactive lesson to introduce the specific skills, and an interactive activity to practice the skill of the day. Parents will be provided a description of the skill learned and practiced in group with ways to implement/practice it at home.
Navigating Middle School Group
Who: Middle School students

Cost: $45 per week
Themes for the group include:
Social skills
Anxiety
Emotion Regulation: coping skills
Friendship: How to make friends, how to navigate conflicts
Middle school challenges look different from elementary and students do not always have to tools to navigate them. The purpose of this group is to encourage participants to learn and utilize skills to help them in their everyday life at home, school and social settings.
